Man that was a busy Easter! First up I made my Manchester debut at Joshua Brooks for Data Transmission alongside Droog and Anthony Collins. You can listen to my set – a dreamy, deep, melodic little journey – in the first player above.
Then I spent a week at Snowbombing in the Austrian Alps and played a few set – including this one, thousands of feet up on the Penken mountain to an audience of people in ski gear dancing on tables! This is more on chunky, big track tip, rolling and funk fuelled. Check the second player above to listen/download. My other set up on the Arctic Disco Stage on Ahorn was the hardest set I’ve ever played; bitingly cold winds, frozen feet… I had to wear gloves, hat and glasses as you can see! Thanks to the lovely Sophie Lloyd for saving me up there.
So, I was asked to remix this new artist who is the brother of Gbenga off of that Metronomy. He’s been signed to Stranger Records, the label that first snapped up Lana Del Rey, and is tipped for big things by the likes of the NME. I went all ’90s euro dance on his ass.

I’ve been very busy recently and for reasons beyond my control, I’ve got loads of music coming out all at once. Sorry for temporary overload but I need to give them all my love! So here’s my latest free bit. It’s a remix of a rising band called Masters In France (from Wales, confusingly) who have been getting love from Huw Stephens and various Radio 1 and 6 Music DJs. A big thanks to everyone who braved the immense snow and made it to our 4th Birthday…it took a while to get going but when it did it was an excellent little party. Can’t believe it’s been 4 years! Don’t forget this was the start of DT’s monthly residency at East Village – next party with WiLDKATS, CSY & Stripes, Waze & Odyssey, Alexis Raphael and Phonat on March 3rd (but I won’t be there as I’ve got my bro’s stag!).
Mega fun party to kick off the new year down in King’s Cross…I played two sets, and I’ve mashed them together here. First set is deep, and dreamy into chuggy and groovy (Daniel Bortz, Dusky, Mickey Moonlight, Solomun, Lucky Paul, Palmskin Productions) and second set is chunky electro and disco tinged house and stuff into some old fidget and all sorts (Todd Terje, Psychemagik, Tim Green, a new remix from me, Switch, Round Table Knights).

A last minute request to warm up for Hot Creation / Hot Natured / Wolf + Lamb / DJ Mag Best Of British Single Of The Year 2011 winner Miguel Campbell turned out to be a lot of fun down at this LED covered venue in Vauxhall…I ended up playing for 3 hours, going from deep chuggy discoid flavours through heady, dreamy house, rolling tech house and some bass music and chunky flavours at the end. Everything from jozif to Disclosure to Gregor Tresher to HOSH & Stimming to Julio Bashmore…enjoy.
